The MAVRIK driver offers the finest combination of distance that defies convention, with forgiveness, consistency and feel that Callaway Golf has ever produced in a driver. The MAX incorporates 2 interchangeable weights, a 14g and 2g, positioned in the sole near the heel and the centre-back. This assists in the ability to reduce slices off the tee, with a larger MOI to make it even easier to hit off the tee.

Flash Face SS20

To improve on the highly successful Epic Flash, Callaway invested in a new supercomputer to better develop the Mavrik driver with a deeper and better understanding of A.I and machine learning. This led to the new Flash Face SS20 architecture which offers a thinner more expansive sweet zone to deliver ultra-fast ball speed performance. This is achieved by using FS2S titanium which is incredibly strong and light, a full 6-grams lighter than standard material, without sacrificing any integrity in the clubface.

Jailbreak Technology

This proven technology essentially changes the way the head and face behaves at impact to deliver more ball speed and distance. Jailbreak is 2 strong titanium bars behind the face, parallel to each other and connected on either end to the crown and sole. The size, strength and location of each Jailbreak bar work together to reduce how much the crown and sole deflect, forcing the face to take on more of the load created at impact than ever before. This results in faster ball speeds across the entire face offering more consistent distances, even on miss-hits.

T2C Triaxial Carbon Crown

This triaxial carbon creates an unbelievable light and strong composite material, this driver provides supreme MOI and low CG that makes it easy to launch. This allowed engineers to redistribute weight into key areas to also improve forgiveness.

Fine-Tuned Performance

As well as improving performance A.I. also helped to develop a better feel. Artificial intelligence optimised the internal structure by positioning internal ribs around the head structure to provide the golfer with a truly satisfying sound and feel.

MAVRIK MAX is well suited for players who want a long, easy-to-hit driver with the ability to reduce slices off the tee. It has the largest footprint of the three models, boasts the highest MOI, is the easiest to launch, and has the most draw bias capability. For golfers who struggle with impact dispersion, MAX offers a tremendous amount of high-speed surface area on the face. MAX also incorporates two interchangeable weights, 14g and 2g, positioned in the sole near the heel and center-back.
